Best Western Plus Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong

Great location, within a 3km radius of everything we wanted to do. The hotel served its purpose and had a convenient location for our activities.

The room size was small, the bed was only a large single, and we had to sleep head to foot as there was no space to lay next to each other. The staff were not accommodating and I reminded me of a nuisance rather than a guest.

Our recent stay at Best Western Plus was great! The location was convenient for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui, and the room was clean and quiet. The highlight of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to accommodate our requests. we highly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel.

Great hotel and fantastic value. Very central location, easy to get to by Metro and bus. Friendly staff who were attentive to our needs. Clean and comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Excellent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. No disturbance from outside noise. Great hot water and shower. Excellent breakfast included in price, freshly cooked on request.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The concierge was very helpful in planning my trip to Macao. The location is perfect for accessing public transportation and is in a great position, near the metro station but away from the crowded streets. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I was even upgraded to an executive suite, great value for money. The breakfast was also very enjoyable.

The rooms at Best Western Plus were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with a choice of pillows for added comfort. The Wi-Fi worked excellently throughout the hotel, great to stay connected with ease. The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city using public transportation. the included breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious.

The location of this hotel is great. It is situated on Granville road, where there are plenty of stores nearby for shopping. The staff here provide excellent service, including room cleaning and refilling of complimentary items like water and toiletries. The staff, particularly Eddie, are very helpful with transportation and recommendations for city tours. Communication in English is not a problem at all, as all the staff members, including housekeeping, speak English well. I will definitely book this hotel again when I return to this place. Thank you!

The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the MTR station, especially if you have heavy bags. However, this place is still recommended for others.

Convenient location with plenty of nearby eateries and a 711 just around the corner. Walkable distance to public transportation. Decent-sized room and satisfactory breakfast options available. Friendly staff overall.

I loved the very nice view from my room! Waking up to the fine skyline of Hong Kong was amazing. The convenient location of the hotel made it so easy for us to explore the city. We were within walking distance of several popular attractions and there were plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, the staff was super friendly and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations we needed.

I must admit that the hotel had a bit of an outdated feel to it. The decor could definitely use some updating, and the beds were a bit too hard for my liking.

The service is excellent, with helpful staff, and many amenities are provided like room service and dry cleaning. The bell staff/porter is very helpful and the limousine service was great too. There are many facilities and amenities offered, such as laundry, airport shuttle, tours/ticket assistance and many more. The in-room amenities are great as well, with everything you need like an ironing facility, air conditioning, tea and coffee and many more. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area are fantastic, and the staff at the receptionist are really friendly and accommodating.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the subway station and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. The public areas of the hotel are well-maintained and comfortable, even on the coldest days.

One negative aspect is that the rooms are quite small and cramped, which can be disappointing for guests who expect more spacious accommodations.
